Employee Inclusion and Cultural Awareness task force
This task force consists of employees who have volunteered to join the group from across the Department of Medicine.
The charge of the employee task force is to explore and identify inclusion, diversity, and equity related areas of concern and barriers for employees and to recommend innovative solutions.
Feedback from the initial meeting led to the creation of another task force for employee supervisor and managers.

Trainee Inclusion and Cultural Awareness task force
This task force consists of trainees (postdoctoral, fellowship, residents, and graduate students) who have volunteered to join the group from across the Department of Medicine.
The charge of the TICA task force is to explore and identify inclusion, diversity, and equity related areas of concern and barriers for trainees and to recommend innovative solutions.
